1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to The Discipline of Freedom, an app operated by Stewart Performance Coaching ("App", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides a 30-week devotional journey platform that includes daily journaling, scripture reflections, integrity tracking, milestone achievements, automated reminders, and accountability partner reporting features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and accurate information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, PIN, and password
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this App
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a premium subscription plan that unlocks additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selected plan)
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are handled at our discretion; contact us for refund requests
• Promo codes may be offered and redeemed subject to their specific terms and availability

5. Accountability Partner and Notifications

The App allows you to designate an accountability partner to receive weekly progress reports and urgent notifications. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• You must obtain consent from your accountability partner before providing their email address
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the email address you provide
• Urgent alerts are sent via email (and push notification if your partner is also a registered app user)
• We are not liable for delivery failures or delayed messages
• You may remove your accountability partner at any time in Settings

SMS Panic Alert Program. Accountability partners who explicitly opt in via their confirmation link may receive urgent Panic alerts by text message (SMS). Texts are sent only when a user presses the Panic button — there are no recurring messages, and message frequency varies based on Panic alert activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time (START re-enables alerts). For support, email support@davidmft.com or visit www.coachdstew.com. See our Privacy Policy for how SMS data is collected and used. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Provide false or misleading information to your accountability partner
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the App's systems or data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all journal entries, reflections, and content you create in the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's features, including generating weekly reports for your designated accountability partner. We do not share your User Content with any third party except as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, devotional content, scripture references, milestone artwork, and software, is the property of Coach D Stew and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The App is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Any devotional or motivational content is for personal reflection purposes only.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, inability to access the App, or failures in email delivery to your accountability partner.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the App, its users, or third parties.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
